Frequently asked questions
Below are some of the questions we hear the most from our nonprofit partners
Yes, Goodera does not charge any platform or subscription fees to nonprofits. This aligns with our core values of supporting nonprofit missions without financial barriers.
If you have specific needs or wish lists for in-kind donations, feel free to reach out to your partnership manager. We’d be happy to curate in-kind donations/kits to meet your requirements. Let us know how we can best support your organization!
For sure! Your partnership with Goodera is still active. You should contact your Goodera partnership manager to discuss your current needs and any adjustments you'd like to make.
Usually, Goodera does not provide donations alongside the in-kind or virtual volunteering projects. However, for all outdoor events, you can receive a financial donation to offset the efforts and expenses on your side. Additionally, some of our corporate partners have a generous Dollars for Doers program, where eligible nonprofits receive donations based on how much time their employees volunteer. Dollars for Doers is essentially a matching gift program whereby a company makes a donation based on employee volunteer hours multiplied by an hourly rate.
Our typical payment timelines are net 30 days from receiving the invoice and required payment documents unless specified otherwise. Your partnership manager will keep you informed of any additional requirements.
We use LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to promote or announce our nonprofit partnerships. Otherwise, we internally promote volunteering opportunities to corporate clients by creating campaigns and specific requirements decks.
We strive to inform you of any volunteering events that involve an operational heavy lift on your part at least 3 weeks in advance.
Absolutely! We’d be happy to introduce you to some of our long-term partners. Please reach out to your partnership manager at Goodera, and they will make some introductions.
