Key clarifications on Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules 2022 for CSR

The MCA vide its notification dated 11th February, 2022 has notified further changes to the existing Companies Act 2013. These amendments called the “Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules 2022” shall come into force from 11th February 2022. By means of these amendments, the MCA has introduced form CSR-2, which is required to be filed by those entities which fall under the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Webinar will help companies understand the mechanisms for reporting against form CSR-2.
